Overall, it's a very good and compact product for its price. I've been testing this model for at least a week, both indoors and out. I'd say it works as described. I use it to charge a variety of devices including phones, tablets, laptops, and projectors. Depending on the device, it could take a few hours if you're charging the station individually, but about an hour if you want to charge multiple devices at the same time.
